    Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis therefore any charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. The recipient is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Policies vary from country to country, so you might like to check your local customs office for more information. Penrose cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.

    General Terms:
    For all orders, a signature from an adult is required; therefore delivery to a PO box address is not possible.

     

     

     

    Refund & Exchange Policy

    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online order, please return the item for a refund or exchange within 30 days.

    How to return an item:
    We will accept items for refund if the item is in perfect and unused condition. If goods are faulty/damaged we are happy to either refund in full, or exchange subject to stock availability. Please include original paperwork, ensure the original or equivalent packaging is used with all labels intact and complete the enclosed returns note.

    The item must be returned within 30 days of despatch. Please post your package using a tracked service, and retain proof of postage receipt. Penrose London cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

    Please note that refunds can only be made onto the card that the order was purchased with.

    We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but it can take up to seven working days when we’re very busy. Please note that we are unable to refund any duty paid on any items returned from overseas to us either faulty or unsuitable as this is a contract between the recipient and their own country Customs & Excise.

    Exchanges:
    If your item is in perfect and unused condition, you may exchange for a different size or colour. Please follow instructions for returning the goods as above. Please note, if you wish to exchange an item, you will have to pay any difference in cost and the additional delivery cost.

    Return Exceptions:
    Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

    Products are displayed on the website as accurately as possible, however, may vary slightly in appearance and colour.

    All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and, if you are ordering from inside the EU, are inclusive of VAT at a rate of 20%.

    All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

    Once we have shipped your item/s you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number for the package, at this stage the responsibility for the parcel is handed over to you and we cannot be held liable for any items that go missing, although we will provide as much help as we are able to locate the missing items.
